How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping charges will depend on your ship-to country. The delivery zones are Metropolitan France (including Corsica and the DOM-TOM), Europe, Africa and the Middle East. For products in stock at our warehouse, the packages are prepared within two working days. The transit time then varies between one and two days.

Are online payments completely secure?
All of your order and payment information is sent from your computer to our financial partner’s electronic payment platform, encrypted via SSL protocol.
You can check for the appearance of a closed padlock at the bottom of the page, the symbol of security. In other words, you can make payments online with complete peace of mind.
How can I track my order in real time?
You will be informed by email, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. That message will also provide you with your package’s tracking number, as well as a link to the online tracking service. Just click on that link to see where your package is, in real time.
You can also find that number in the details of your order in your “My Account” space, where you can view the current processing stage.
How long do I have to return a product?
If any of our products does not satisfy you completely, you can return any item purchased on our website, within 14 days of receipt of the order, without having to give a reason, so long as the product is in perfect condition.
